DEVELOPMENT OF WOMEN’S ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Recognizing that economic dependence of women and unequal status of women and men in the labor market is a significant obstacle in the achievement of full gender equality, and that there is a need for supporting women in the field of entrepreneurship, Foundation “021” has defined as one of its strategic goals the empowerment of women entrepreneurs from Novi Sad, through education and media campaign to encourage entrepreneurship of women. Taking into consideration current analyses, data, as well as direct feedback from women entrepreneurs, our goals are to increase women’s professional knowledge and skills and encourage their networking.
